Processing time is 7-10 business days, this means not including weekends. After processing time, shipping is 1-3 business days. Please refrain from emailing unless your order has passed the 10 business day threshold. 

Once payment is completed for your order you will receive an email notification with your tracking number within 3-5 business days.

Made to Order items processing time is 7-10 business days and does not apply to the above. 

Due to the nature of the items all swimwear purchases are final. Please be sure to order the correct size as it is FINAL SALE. Please fill out the contact form if you have received a faulty item. You will have the option to get a replacement if the item is still in stock or receive store credit. No refunds.
